Our cheeses

For 30 years, our family produces farm cheese in the unpasteurized milk of ewe of a high quality. This gives some explanation by a very big rigor in all the stages of the manufacturing and the refining. Our farm develops 5 unpasteurized milk cheeses of sheep. They are all stemming from traditions  of local cheese makers.
