Our cheesesFor 30 years, our family produces farm cheese in the unpasteurized milk of ewe of a high quality. This gives some explanation by a very big rigor in all the stages of the manufacturing and the refining. Our farm develops 5 unpasteurized milk cheeses of sheep.
