Tomme des Grands Causses pre-dinner pastry

The strong taste of "Tomme des Grands Causses" for your pre-dinner moments
 

Preparation : 5 minutes

Ingredients:

- 2 puff pastries
- 100 grammes of "Tomme des Grands Causses"

Cut the pastry slices and the cheese slices finely (between 1 and 6 cm)
Insert a slice of cheese between two slices of pastry
Put in the oven for 3 or 4 minutes (325°F)

Serve hot or cold
